Refund Policy

This policy explains how Raindance AI credits, failed generations and refunds work. It is part of the Terms of Service. Questions and requests: support@raindanceai.top.

1. What you buy

You buy credits in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Credits do not expire. The cost of a video in credits is shown before you create it.

2. Failed generations

If a generation fails, times out or is cancelled on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

3. Content checks

Photos are screened before a generation starts. A photo that is refused uses no credits. A finished video that fails our safety check is not delivered, and because the AI work has already been done, its credits are not returned.

4. Refunds for unused credits

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that purchase. Used credits are not refundable in cash.

5. Results you are not happy with

AI results vary, and a likeness that looks different from what you hoped is not a failure on its own. If a video is clearly broken (for example it is blank, truncated or does not use your photos), contact us with the order or video details and we will review it and, where it is our fault, return the credits.

6. Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged without receiving credits, tell us and we will fix it, normally by refunding the extra charge.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment, because we can usually fix a problem faster. We may suspend an account while a chargeback is open.

8. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country, for example a statutory cooling-off period, are not affected by this policy.
