Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Raindance AI ("we", "us") collects when you use raindanceai.top (the "Service"), why, who we share it with and what choices you have. Questions: support@raindanceai.top.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, name and profile image if you sign in with Google, and the password hash if you register with email.
• Photos you upload: the photos you add to a template. They can show faces, which are personal data, and in some places biometric data.
• Generated videos: the videos made from your photos, and the settings you chose.
• Orders and credits: what you bought, the amount, and your credit balance and usage. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and basic usage and error logs, for security, abuse prevention and fixing problems.

2. How we use it

• To make your video and deliver it to you.
• To take payments, give credits and prevent fraud.
• To screen photos and videos for content we do not allow (see our Terms).
• To secure the Service, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your photos to train our own models.

3. Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data for us:

• AI video providers that receive your photos and the template to generate the video.
• Content-safety providers that check uploaded photos and generated videos.
• Cloudflare for hosting, storage and delivery.
• Stripe for payments.
• Email and sign-in providers such as Google, where you use them.
• Analytics providers, if enabled, for aggregate traffic statistics.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the Service and its users.

4. Retention

• Account data is kept while your account exists.
• Photos you upload and videos we generate are stored so that you can download them from My videos. You can delete a video there, and you can ask us at any time to delete your photos and videos, which we aim to do within 30 days.
• Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict some processing, and to withdraw consent. Email us from your account address to use these rights. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact your local data protection authority.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

7. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a child's data has been uploaded, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and provider-level protections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your account details private.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the Service.
