Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Raindance AI at raindanceai.top (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Questions: support@raindanceai.top.

1. The Service

Raindance AI uses third-party AI models to replace the performers in our template clips with people from photos you upload, and delivers the result as a silent video. Features, templates, models, quality and availability can change. AI output is not deterministic: the same photos can give different results, and a result can be inaccurate or unexpected.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

3. Credits and payment

Credits are bought in one-time packs, priced in USD, and are used to pay for videos. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. The credits a video costs are shown before you create it. Payments are processed by Stripe. See the Refund Policy for failed generations and refunds.

3a. No free generation

Creating a video needs credits. Accounts are free to create.

4. Your photos and your responsibility

You confirm that, for every photo you upload:

• you own it or have the right to use it, and every person shown has given consent to appear in the video;
• it shows no one under 18;
• it does not show a celebrity, politician or other public figure, or a person you have no permission to depict;
• it contains no nude, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content.

You are responsible for how you use and publish the result. Where a platform requires you to label AI-generated content, you must do so. You may not use the Service to impersonate a person, to deceive, to harass, or to create misleading content about a real person.

5. Content checks

We screen uploaded photos and generated videos with automated tools. We may refuse or remove content, cancel a generation, and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. A video that fails our output check is not delivered and its credits are not returned.

6. Ownership and licence

You keep your rights in your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them, and to send them to our providers, only to provide the Service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others in your photos, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. Our templates, site and software remain ours.

7. No music, no affiliation

Videos are delivered without music. Raindance AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Dave, Tems, their labels, TikTok, Instagram or the Raindance Film Festival. Any names we mention are used only to describe a public trend.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular likeness, or that results will meet your expectations, to the extent the law allows.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the video or credits that gave rise to it in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if the law requires it.

11. Changes and law

We may update these Terms, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Mandatory consumer-protection law in your country still applies.
